Nestled next to a lake and ocean amongst the bush, Ironbark is a peaceful and serene location. Just 4km from Bermagui, this beautiful location is sure to offer you an incredible reset. It is the perfect location to nourish, nurture and return to your core essence.

Love sound? Love nature? This retreat is for you. Sound, nature and connection are the key elements of this retreat. Sound therapy will be present in nearly every modality and when it’s not through instruments, it will be present in the nature around us.

Everything offering is designed to help you ground in to reconnect back to your true nature, come back to a state of harmony, regulate your nervous system and remember that we are nature, not separate from it.

Ironbark has a stunning studio with infrared panel that overlooks the lake. It also has a beautiful deck on the lake with stunning views of the water and surrounds. Offerings will be taking place in those two locations.

During free time, walk across the road to a stunning beach and swim in the ocean, take the paddleboard out on the lake, and walk through the magnificent bush. This is your time so if you feel the call the skip an offering for alone time, please feel free to.

There is share accomodation and there is more private accomodation - cute caravans for couples or those who want their own space. You can also bring your own van.

Terms and Conditions:

Refund Policy: Please understand that a lot goes into planning a retreat and I encourage you to be fully committed to attending. If cancelling before December 1st, a full refund will be given, minus an admin fee of $100. If cancelling between December 20th and January 26th a 50% refund will be provided minus an admin fee of $100. If cancelling after January 26th, no refunds will be given. However, you will be able to transfer your spot to another participant - arranged by you. This transfer must be completed by February 14th. After that date, no transfers are allowed in order to allow me to properly plan and create a safe container. It is also the date bookings close.

In the case of serious illness or family emergencies, please reach out directly to discuss options. Refunds are not guaranteed but I will do my best to work with you on a compassionate solution. A certificate will be required for any illness. This is a trauma safe space. If any participant poses a threat to the safety of others (intoxication, threatening behaviour), you will be asked to leave without refund.

In the event the retreat gets cancelled by myself due to low numbers or circumstances outside of my control, you will be refunded in full.

Please refrain from any drugs and alcohol during this retreat. It is a sober environment. This retreat is for women only - to maintain that container male partners are not allowed on site during the retreat.

Please advise of all dietary needs clearly as I will be working with the information provided. Feel free to bring your own snacks as well.
