During this nature immersion, we will be connecting with the four winds. The connection to the four winds, or four directions, is not only a ceremonial practice, it’s based off a universal framework to view the natural, but not always linear, progression of consciousness. It helps us to understand ideas and what we cannot physically see or quite understand on our journey.

We will begin our day with with winds of the west as we connect to the way of peace and connection, seeking to find the way beyond duality. It is here where we will practice yoga and pranayama and sound.

We will hike to the winds of the south where we will connect to our physical energy, shed layers of resistance and walk softly on the earth, to see the way of nature’s beauty around us.

We will arrive at the winds of the east, where we will honour the spirit of Great Eagle, a visionary, where we will connect to a new way of seeing things and honour our dreams.

From here we will walk to the north, to honour the land and gather the way our ancestors did.

It is here where we will enjoy lunch and have a swim under a waterfall in a beautiful pool. (This is not at Wattamolla but another short bush walk to get to the location).

And throughout the day we will honour mother earth for her unconditional love and father sky for bringing us together to sing a song of life for another day.

After we close, you are welcome to stay at Wattamolla for longer.

Park entry and parking is $12. If the park ranger is not there when you arrive, then they will leave a ticket on the vehicle for the same price.

The day will begin from Wattamolla and I will email instructions on where to meet.\

Please bring:

• Snacks, water and lunch
• Hat
• Sunscreen
• Towel to use for yoga, sound and swim
• Any medications you need
• Wear sturdy hiking shoes
• Wear layers

I will have a basic first aid kit on hand.

If the weather is bad I will either postpone or refund if the new dates don't work for you.
