Creating Space: Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

  • Sacred Yoga Caringbah 6 Park Lane Caringbah, NSW, 2229 Australia (map)

Winter is a time to turn inwards, to reflect and to replenish. It is a time to balance the doing with rest. Yet, in our modern-day society, it Is hard to do that with the constant flow of information, stimulation, never ending to-do lists, commitments and stresses.

What if you could just carve out time and space to just be, to relax in stillness? What if, for 2 blissful hours, you could rest and honour yourself and turn inwards, as our ancestors did. Creating space in our lives allows us to cultivate more inner stillness and that enables us to listen to our inner wisdom, our inner teacher. Often, we are searching for the answers only to discover the answer when we sit still.

Space cultivates clarity, deep connection and it regulates our nervous system.

On July 20th, join me for a beautiful spacious yin yoga and sound bath working with the ether element. All poses will be supported with instruments reflecting the ether/ space element. After your 75-minute yin practice, settle in for a lengthy sound bath in savasana. The sound bath will include 432hz crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, rain stick, drums and other beautiful instruments.

You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, centred and more at peace. Enjoy butterfly blue flower & chamomile tea afterwards and pick a card.
