Yes, dad's love sound baths too! Sound bath help to entrain our brainwaves, slowing the busyness of the mind down. They activate our parasympathetic nervous system taking us into a state of rest and repair. They bring our cells back to harmony and release feel good hormones.

This is the gift your hardworking dad or grand dad will love! This day isn't just for dads. It's open to everyone.

You'll be guided into gentle pranayama (breath) then settle in for a relaxing sound bath utilising 432hz crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, percussion and more.

You'll leave feeling deeply relaxed and back to a state of balance and harmony.

Please dress warm and cozy. Please bring a warm blanket, pillow/ cushion and a mat. Go all out and make yourself a warm nest! Bring cushions, sleeping bags, whatever you need to be warm and cozy. I also have a few mats available. Let me know if you need them as I only have 6.
