On Sunday, December 7th, enjoy the last sound bath of the year. After a day of the Saltwater Markets, the Art Trail, and hiking, carve out some time in your to rest and experience deep relaxation.

This time of year is a busy one and it means different things to different people. It's so important to look after ourselves during this season. So I invite you to attend a beautiful sound bath which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, deeply relaxes you and brings you back into a state of harmony and resilience.

This afternoon, you'll be guided into gentle breath and then settle in for a beautiful sound bath utilising 432hz crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and more.

You'll leave feeling deeply relaxed and back to a state of balance. Please dress cozy. Please bring blanket, pillow/ cushion and a mat. Go all out and make yourself a nest! Bring cushions, sleeping bags, whatever you need to be warm and cozy. I also have a few mats available. Let me know if you need them as I only have 6.
