This journey is designed to gently guide you through layers of stored emotion—particularly shame, guilt, and self-judgment—towards a deep release and soft return to the truth of who you are: Love itself.
Through conscious connected breath, evocative music, vocal release, crystal singing bowls, drums and other instruments, and guided meditation, you’ll be supported to:
- Release stuck energy and heaviness from the body
- Reconnect with your heart and inner child
- Receive the healing resonance of sound and presence
- Rest into the safety of being truly seen and held
This is a space of deep permission, safety, and transformation. Come as you are. Leave as more of yourself.
What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal (optional), and anything that helps you feel cozy and safe.
