On Sunday, May 10th, Mother's Day, you're invited to attend a beautiful sound bath honouring mothers, grandmothers, aunts, mother figures - those who are with us and those who are no longer with us. Mothers to be! Dog mums. All are welcome to attend. Feel free to bring photographs of loved ones who are no longer with us so we can honour them.

We'll begin with rose cacao and as we move through a meditation connecting to mother earth and feeling her nurturing unconditional love as we move into the heart space where we can send out love to our mothers.

You'll be guided into gentle breaths to relax the nervous system and settle in for a gentle feminine sound bath consisting of 15 432hz tuned crystal bowls, chimes, drums, percussion and more. There will be Divine Feminine cards to pull at the end to integrate.
