On Sunday, August 3rd, after a day of the Saltwater Markets, the Art Trail, and hiking, carve out some time in your to rest and experience deep relaxation. Winter is a time when we are working with balancing the ebbs and flow, busyness with rest. As we enter the final month of winter, this is a time to pause and give ourselves the rest and nourishment we need.
On this night, you'll be guided into gentle yogic pranayama (breath) that will help to calm your nervous system, improve your respiratory and immune system and help to create more space and clarity.
Settle in for a beautiful sound bath utilising 432hz crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and more.
You'll leave feeling deeply relaxed and back to a state of balance and harmony.
Please dress warm and cozy. Please bring a warm blanket, pillow/ cushion and a mat. Go all out and make yourself a warm nest! Bring cushions, sleeping bags, whatever you need to be warm and cozy. I also have a few mats available. Let me know if you need them as I only have 6.
